Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Business Manager to drive governance, performance management, and executive reporting for Group IBGO. The role consolidates financial, workforce, scorecard, and strategic inputs to support concise management oversight and timely decisions.

The ideal candidate will coordinate governance cadences, manage senior stakeholder requests, and translate complex information into clear executive updates, across regional teams and functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in business management, strategy, finance, performance management, COO office, or related governance and reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, workforce planning, expense governance, and performance tracking.
• Experience preparing management materials, performance updates, and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scorecard processes, performance reviews, governance cadences, or management reporting cycles.
• Experience working across regional, cross-functional, or matrixed teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Prior exposure to operations, banking, financial services environments will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• SCM Governance and Performance Management: Manage SCM reporting governance across FTE, financials, targets, planned & actual saves.
• SCM Governance and Performance Management: Maintain data integrity across SCM trackers and reporting packs by ensuring updates are validated, documented, and aligned to definitions.
• SCM Governance and Performance Management: Partner with country and functional teams to track savings delivery and surface variances.
• SCM Governance and Performance Management: Prepare concise SCM performance updates for IBGO forums and liaise with Group Finance SCM.
• Executive Reporting and Management Reviews: Prepare and support development of Group IBGO presentations and executive materials.
• Executive Reporting and Management Reviews: Connect inputs from multiple IBGO teams into coherent management narratives.
• Executive Reporting and Management Reviews: Coordinate agenda planning and materials for regular management meetings.
• Executive Reporting and Management Reviews: Set up, coordinate, and facilitate ad hoc senior management reviews.
• Executive Reporting and Management Reviews: Support action tracking from executive forums with clear follow-ups.
• Scorecard Governance and Performance Management: Facilitate and manage scorecard governance and releases.
• Scorecard Governance and Performance Management: Monitor progress and surface gaps, dependencies, and risks.
• Delivery Excellence and Continuous Improvement: Ensure quality and timeliness across performance materials and communications.
