Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced AVP Business Analyst for the GOCC Customer Servicing team. You will drive end-to-end business analysis, support platform enhancements, and coordinate changes across customer servicing functions within corporate banking operations.

The role requires 8+ years in banking BA, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on Jira/Confluence usage, with leadership responsibilities and governance oversight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in banking or financial services.
• Led medium to large transformation and enhancement initiatives.
• Experience supporting customer servicing, contact centre, or banking ops platforms.
• Experience with regional stakeholders across multiple markets is advantageous.
• Strong hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across strategic initiatives, regulatory changes, production fixes, and enhancements.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with business users and tech stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and sign-off with business.
• Drive production deployment readiness, release management, and issue triage.
• Advise on governance and Best Practices for BA standards.
