Job summary
DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a technology leader to own the PWEB platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will partner with product, architecture, security, infra and operations teams to drive modernization, governance and risk management while guiding the DTI development team toward engineering excellence.
Candidates should bring a strong background in SDLC, DevSecOps, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management, with AWS experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related
- Experience leading platform delivery and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor relationship experience
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery
- Experience with AWS preferred; banking/digitsl platform experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and drive PWEB platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans
- Partner with business, product, architecture, security, infra, and ops teams
- Lead governance, prioritization, demand management, releases, and risk
- Manage relationships with dev teams and vendors to ensure quality
- Collaborate to deliver customer-centric platform improvements and modernization
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the DTI team
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and operational resilience
