Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Loyalty & Rewards Business Analyst to shape the future of customer engagement across the region. You will lead the Loyalty & Rewards domain across markets, partnering with business, technology, and operations to design scalable solutions that enhance value, engagement, and retention.

The role is based in-office at Punggol Digital District Park, with a focus on delivering end-to-end loyalty capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Loyalty & Rewards within banking/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and rewards platforms.
• Experience with digital channels integration (mobile, online).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Loyalty & Rewards across the region.
• Engage stakeholders to understand objectives and define solutions.
• Analyze processes and drive improvements for loyalty capabilities.
• Lead requirements workshops and define business needs and user stories.
• Partner with business, technology, and operations to deliver solutions.
