Allied World is seeking an Assistant Vice President, IT Product, Direct to Customer in Singapore. This technical leadership role guides changes that optimize business processes, improve customer experience, and foster innovation across Personal Lines, Accident & Health and SME Packages in APAC.

The role provides technical guidance and input for digital strategies aligned with the company’s goals, driving delivery and modernizing core applications in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, build, configure and support services and front-end applications for Allied World
• Design and build Web integration components
• Design and build application monitoring
• Create and maintain design specifications and related technical documents
• Lead requirements gathering, design and code reviews
• Support and maintain Allied World services and applications
• Provide support for Production environment including release management, incidents management and incidents resolution
• Participate in peer code reviews and adhere to best practice development methodologies
