Job summary

Marsh (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned consultant to join the Insurer Consulting Group in Singapore.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least three in-office days weekly, and involves identifying opportunities, managing project frameworks, sourcing key data, and delivering final client insights. The candidate will own project delivery from concept to reporting, collaborate with carriers and internal teams, and drive governance processes while expanding Marsh capabilities in the Asia

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance insights and consulting in Asia.
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions.
• Strong delivery skills with high-quality reporting.
• Good commercial sense with ability to grow a book of business.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at C-level.
• Ability to prioritize competing work and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities and manage project frameworks.
• Deliver final findings to clients with actionable insights.
• Engage executive management at strategic carriers in Asia.
• Support governance meetings and data/information delivery.
• Own knowledge management to improve output speed and quality.
