Job summary

GIC, a premier global long-term investor, seeks an Assistant Vice President in Financial Crime Compliance. You will gate-keep regulatory, reputational and compliance risks, translate complex FCC laws into practical guidance, and lead training for stakeholders across the organization.

You will monitor global FCC developments, advise on control gaps, and participate in cross-department initiatives to embed FCC in processes and systems.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years’ experience in Compliance, with majority in the FCC function.
• Strong working knowledge of financial products, securities trading or investments.
• Excellent analytical and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on the FCC framework including anti-bribery, AML/CFT and sanctions.
• Review and enhance FCC policy and processes; present changes to leadership.
• Monitor FCC laws and sanctions regimes and translate into practical guidance for investments and operations.
• Design and deliver FCC training for stakeholders, including eLearning modules.
