M&G plc, a leading financial services group, seeks an experienced Financial Crime Compliance Lead to support the APAC region. The role entails implementing a robust FCC framework, advising the first line of defence, and coordinating with business, operations and risk functions globally.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of FCC experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven stakeholder management abilities in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years proven experience in FCC within the financial services industry.
• Previous experience as the individual responsible for FC oversight.
• Demonstrable exposure to FCC Advisory matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the continuous enhancement of the FCC framework across M&G Asia Pacific, ensuring robust second line of defence.
• Provide technically sound guidance and advice to the first line of defence.
• Oversee regional financial crime risk and third-party suppliers for markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Australia and Japan.
• Manage relationships and influence stakeholders across the business and with other teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and transnational regulations related to financial crime.
