Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Group Documentary Trade Product Manager to lead end-to-end management of documentary trade programs and coordinate group and country trade product requirements.

You will drive campaigns, prepare performance reviews, and support digitalization efforts across Sales, Compliance and Operations, delivering robust product knowledge and sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking or Product Management.
• Knowledge of Documentary Collection and trade finance products preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, dashboards and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Documentary Collection product P&L and key business drivers to support profitability and growth.
• Drive product campaigns, commercialization initiatives, and KPI achievement with stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis and business performance assessment.
• Develop and deliver presentations, product papers, and management updates.
• Support product rollouts, UAT, and digitalization initiatives.
• Lead digitalization efforts using bank systems and platforms.
• Create sales materials and training for Sales and Support teams.
• Engage customers and gather feedback through sessions and focus groups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance and country teams.
• Support onboarding and business growth initiatives.
• Utilize strong presentation and analytical skills to address issues.
