Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Group Documentary Trade Product Manager to lead end-to-end documentary trade products for transactions banking. You will coordinate global product programs and drive end-to-end rollout for country groups, reporting to the Group Documentary Trade Team Lead.

The role emphasizes P&L management, campaigns, KPI tracking, data analysis, and strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, IT, Compliance and country stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking or Product Management.
• Knowledge of Documentary Collection and trade finance products preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, dashboards and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills.
• Good presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Documentary Collection product P&L and key business drivers to support profitability and revenue growth.
• Drive product campaigns, commercialization initiatives, and KPI achievement with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, business performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Conduct data analysis and business performance assessment using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations, product papers, business cases, and management updates.
• Support product rollouts, UAT, process enhancements, and digitalization initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate digitalization efforts leveraging the Bank’s proprietary systems and industry platforms.
• Develop sales materials, sales toolkits, brochures, product guides, and other marketing collateral.
• Create product awareness and conduct training programs for Sales and customer support teams.
• Provide product expertise and support customer engagement activities, including feedback sessions and focus groups.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and country stakeholders to ensure effective product management and delivery.
• Support customer onboarding, product commercialization, and business growth initiatives.
• Utilize strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills to address business issues and stakeholder feedback.
