Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and execute trading master agreements (e.g., ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA).
• Provide legal advisory support regarding trade confirmations, term sheets, and project financing.
• Conduct enforceability analysis on netting and collateral through legal opinion reviews.
• Support regulatory projects and maintain data governance/documentation control.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel to address audit queries.
