Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance professional to lead and support execution of M&A and equity capital markets transactions across Southeast Asia and Greater China.

You will build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials, prepare pitchbooks and information memoranda, coordinate due diligence, and manage timelines with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of M&A and equity market transactions.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence, legal, and documentation processes.
• Manage timelines and liaise with clients and external stakeholders.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pitching new opportunities.
• Conduct industry and market research to generate actionable insights.
