OCBC Bank in Singapore is recruiting a senior data analytics and AI specialist to join the Group Compliance Innovation Team. You will design, develop and validate PoCs, deploy production-grade analytics pipelines and agentic AI workflows to strengthen financial crime detection and drive innovation.

You will apply advanced analytics, LLMs, and cloud-based solutions, working closely with stakeholders across the bank to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations and measurable

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, ML, and AI solution development with at least 1 year in LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI applications.
• Strong exposure to financial crime risk surveillance, compliance analytics, or related risk management within Singapore banking is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience handling large datasets to generate insights.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, modern AI tech, LLM architectures, and prompt engineering techniques.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Compliance Innovation roadmap, aligning data analytics and AI initiatives with business priorities and compliance objectives.
• Design, develop, and validate PoC data analytics and AI solutions, using outcome-driven testing to assess feasibility, effectiveness, and business value.
• Support scaling and enterprise adoption of PoCs by managing end-to-end development and deployment of production-grade analytics pipelines, ML models, and agentic AI workflows.
• Perform model validation, evaluation and regular reviews to ensure robustness, reliability, and explainability, with regulatory governance.
