OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a hands-on AVP to lead AI, automation and data engineering initiatives within the Data Loss Monitoring (DLM) program. You will design, build and deploy secure data pipelines and AI-enabled workflows to strengthen monitoring, investigations and reporting in a regulated banking environment.

The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, experience delivering end-to-end solutions, and the ability to collaborate across Technology, Data, Security and Risk teams.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience delivering AI/automation and data engineering solutions end-to-end.
• Experience translating requirements into technical designs and data models.
• Banking or regulated environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Design and deploy AI-assisted solutions, agents and workflows for DLM alert triage, investigation and reporting.
• Automate DLM processes using Python, APIs, workflow orchestration and scripting.
• Develop production-ready data pipelines for analytics, investigations and automation.
• Ensure secure-by-design engineering, governance and operational resilience.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Information Security, Compliance and Risk teams.
