Job summary

Ambition Singapore, a boutique advisory firm, is seeking a capable M&A analyst to support origination and execution of mandates in Singapore.

The role involves preparing pitch books, information memoranda and client materials, building complex financial models, conducting macroeconomic and industry research, and coordinating due diligence and data room activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferably 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
