BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced M&A professional to lead origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions. You will build detailed financial models, analyze capital structures, and perform valuation analyses across Southeast Asia, preparing client meeting materials and coordinating with deal teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in investment banking/IBD/Corporate Finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD / Corporate Finance / M&A.
• Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment.
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision.
• Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills.
• Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Regional coverage: Southeast Asia.
• Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets.
• Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources.
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, internal and external stakeholders.
