Job summary

StriveX in Singapore seeks an Associate Director to cover M&A Equity portfolios for an international investment banking client. The role focuses on origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets.

You will prepare pitch books, build advanced financial models, perform macroeconomic and industry research, and assist in due diligence and data room management while liaising with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a reputable university.
• Preferably 5 years related work experience.
• Strong in financial modeling and valuation.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts.

Responsibilities
