Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Approximately 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services roles.
• Experience with Financial Institutions sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and transaction execution.

Aufgaben

• Support origination and execution of advisory engagements involving financial institutions across the region.
• Assist in evaluating strategic opportunities including mergers and acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other corporate transactions.
• Develop client presentations, financial analyses, valuation materials, and marketing documentation.
• Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and commercial assessments.
• Prepare transaction-related materials including investor presentations and management materials.
• Work closely with internal product teams, industry specialists, external advisers, and clients to identify and execute opportunities.
• Support senior bankers in cultivating and managing client relationships.
• Review work produced by junior team members and contribute to their development and training.
• Maintain high standards of execution, compliance, and risk management throughout client engagements.
