Job summary

AVIATION SAFETY AND TRAINING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Coordinator to support the Commercial team in growing the aviation training, simulation and technology business.

You will perform day-to-day sales and administrative tasks, manage CRM data, and help prepare quotations, proposals and contracts. The role requires strong English and Mandarin communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Development, Customer Service, Administration or a related role would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese; role requires communication with English- and Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Commercial and Business Development team.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, contracts and other commercial documents.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and coordinate responses with relevant internal departments.
• Support the sales team in tracking opportunities, quotations, contracts, training schedules and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate internally with Training, Operations, Finance, Technical and other departments to support customer requirements.
• Conduct basic market and customer research and maintain customer/contact databases.
• Assist in arranging customer meetings, visits, conference calls and business trips.
• Support exhibitions, conferences and other marketing and business development activities.
• Assist with website, social media, marketing materials and other promotional activities when required.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline reports, meeting records and follow-up action lists.
• Support the Commercial team in other sales and business development activities as required.
