Job description

We are a high-technology training solutions provider specializing in aviation training services. We offer comprehensive training for commercial aircraft pilots and aircrews, along with leasing and manufacturing of flight simulation training devices for all levels.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support the growth of our aviation training and simulation business across regional and international markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial team to identify new business opportunities, develop prospective customers, maintain the sales pipeline, and support customer engagement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or a customer-facing role; fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.
• Aviation industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in the aviation, training and technology industries.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with English- and Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.
• Confident in communicating with customers through email, phone, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable approaching new customers.
• Good research, presentation and communication skills.
• Organized and disciplined in managing leads, follow-ups and CRM records.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural business environment.
• Most Important: Willing and able to travel internationally when required.
