Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented documents professional to maintain and control technical publications and records in a regulated aviation-related environment. You will oversee revisions, scanning, indexing and archiving while ensuring confidentiality and traceability of documents.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent in a related discipline, 1–3 years of experience in document control or technical administration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, Technical Services or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of experience in document control, records management, technical administration or a related role
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, engineering or other regulated industries will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of SharePoint or document management systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with good organizational, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage confidential documents and work independently

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technical publications, maintenance manuals, technical orders, service bulletins and other controlled documents in accordance with established procedures
• Manage publication revisions, including tracking Publication Change Orders, Technical Data Revisions, Record of Revisions and List of Effective Pages
• Maintain accurate technical records by scanning, digitizing, indexing, filing and archiving maintenance and component repair documentation
• Manage the issuance, retrieval, inventory and distribution of controlled technical publications while ensuring document traceability and confidentiality
• Coordinate with Engineering, Workshops, Quality, Planning, OEMs and external suppliers on document updates, audits, regulatory requirements and continuous improvement initiatives
