Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Sales Director to lead the team in driving IT/ICT sales across the APAC region from Singapore. The role focuses on aviation and enterprise clients, building deep client relationships and guiding opportunities through end-to-end deal cycles within the NCS portfolio.

Reporting to the CSU Lead, PS, you will define sales strategies, manage pipelines, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and margins.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT/ICT consulting with leadership roles.
• Experience with multi-million dollar projects.
• Industry knowledge in aviation and enterprise clients.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate sales strategies to drive growth across aviation clients.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles from opportunity shaping to contract closure.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while ensuring margins.
• Build trusted client relationships and seed future opportunities.
• Coordinate with solutioning and delivery teams to design solutions.
• Manage account risk and budget to maximize revenue and margin.
