Job summary

The Pricing and Commercial Strategy Division within the Commercial Cluster at Changi Airport Group is seeking an experienced commercial and revenue management professional to supervise the Pricing and Revenue Management team during an important development phase, regulatory reviews and commercial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics or related discipline.
• 6+ years in aviation, commercial management, pricing, revenue management or related fields.
• Ability to develop pricing proposals, financial models and management papers.
• Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present findings to management.
• Experience coordinating with regulators, customers and external partners.
• Experience guiding junior team members and coordinating cross-functional inputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to the Pricing and Revenue Management team during development, regulatory review and commercial planning.
• Support and lead workstreams reviewing aeronautical charges, licence fees and other airport charges with pricing policies and proposals.
• Develop financial models and analyses; coordinate stakeholders; prepare senior management recommendations.
• Benchmark pricing and revenue practices against other airports to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
• Manage budgeting, tracking and performance analysis of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue streams.
• Provide timely, clear narratives on revenue performance and opportunities for growth.
