Job summary

Accenture PLC in Singapore seeks an experienced Avaloq professional to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of the Avaloq core platform for our private banking clients. You will drive delivery excellence across complex interfaces and module configurations.

Responsibilities include designing tailored reports, providing production support, SIT testing, and mentoring team members, while engaging stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
7–9 years of experience in IT systems development, parameterization, or support.
Strong Oracle and PL/SQL skills with relational databases.
Certified in Avaloq core platform (ACCP).
Advanced knowledge of Avaloq Wealth modules.
Experience leading delivery-focused teams and mentoring.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and parameterization of the Avaloq core platform to meet business requirements
Design, develop, and maintain reports tailored to client and stakeholder needs
Build and manage interfaces between core banking systems and other banking applications
Provide application and production support, ensuring system stability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end system integration
Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure solution quality
Guide and mentor team members, driving delivery excellence and capability development
Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
