Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking an Avaloq specialist to define and champion development roadmaps for the wealth platform. You will liaise between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring features align with regulatory and market demands.

In this role you’ll manage the backlog, align with agile teams, and drive process improvements while addressing user needs and training requirements. A focus on the Taiwan booking center implementation is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 5-10 years of experience as change manager, product owner or business analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Avaloq Banking System mandatory.
• Excellent problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, prioritize, and execute change initiatives for the Avaloq wealth platform, end-to-end.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of initiatives and enhancements.
• Manage the product backlog and drive continuous improvement within the Avaloq system.
• Act as change agent, establishing processes for rollout of new features.
• Provide user training and address production functional queries.
• Support the new Avaloq Taiwan booking center implementation.
