Job summary

ECLAT AV SOLUTION PTE. LTD. seeks an Audio Visual Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and support AV and control systems across sites. You will ensure systems operate fully and provide technical input from design to post-installation.

Responsibilities include on-site testing, diagnostics, system programming updates, and user handover. A diploma or degree in AV/ Electronics and relevant certifications are preferred; 2–5 years of hands-on AV experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in AV Technology or related field.
• Relevant AV manufacturer certifications are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE) related to AV systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AV equipment and system faults to ensure full operational readiness.
• Perform diagnostic checks on AV systems including VC, control systems, displays, projectors, and related equipment.
• Carry out troubleshooting and rectification works for AV systems.
• Test cables and products before, during, and after installation, including rack assembly and equipment installation.
• Oversee onsite testing and commissioning of completed projects.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and system setup/operation.
