Job summary

VICTORY HILL EXHIBITIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations AV Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AVL systems across exhibitions.

You will collaborate with the Production Team during installation and de-installation to guarantee seamless technical experiences for guests. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AVL environments, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with show control, projectors, LED walls, and digital consoles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with AVL systems including audio mixing, video distribution, and lighting control.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in low-voltage electronics, control systems, and AV networking.
• Experience with show control systems, interactive displays, projectors, LED screens, and digital audio consoles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Team during installation, ensuring proper setup and commissioning of AVL systems.
• Operate AVL systems daily, including start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document faults or system errors with the Technical Manager and assist in resolution tracking.
• Maintain inventory of spare AVL equipment and available serviceable components.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless technical experience for guests and staff.
• Support de-installation, ensuring AVL systems are dismantled and packed for shipment.
• Provide technical support during exhibition hours for immediate issue response.
