WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an AV/Multimedia technician to support the school-wide operation of AV facilities, delivering technical support for lessons, exams, meetings and events. You will set up venues for lectures and functions and assist with live streaming and video-conferencing across school activities.

The role involves close collaboration with the ICT team, assisting in AV equipment maintenance, asset checks, and supporting staff and students in using multimedia facilities

Responsabilidades

• Assist in AV/Multimedia setup for lectures, exams, events and functions
• Provide live streaming and video-conferencing support for school activities
• Assist in maintenance, servicing and asset checks of AV/Multimedia equipment
• Work with ICT team on AV/Multimedia requirements and staff/student support
• Maintain usage and service records and manage equipment inventory
• Coordinate procurements and budgeting for AV/Multimedia needs

The Services required are set out as follows:

Assist in School-Wide Operation of Audio-Visual Facilities

Provide AV/Multimedia technical support to staff to facilitate the

delivery of lessons, CCA, exams, meetings and at school events

and functions

Set-up AV/Multimedia facilities in rooms and venues for lectures,

exams, school events and functions

Set-up and perform live streaming and video-conferencing

Plan and implement sound integrative AV/Multimedia operating

procedures in the school

Provide technical advice in terms of AV/Multimedia equipment and

related software that the school can purchase to support teaching

and learning, exams, events and functions

Work closely with ICT team (e.g. ICT Manager/Associate, Desktop

Engineers) on AV/Multimedia requirements and support required

by staff, student, Infocomm Club (CCA)

Provide training for staff and students on the use of AV/Multimedia

facilities

Assist in AV/Multimedia Production and Training

Provide live-streaming/video-conferencing support for coverage of

school events and functions

Work closely with ICT team (e.g., ICT Manager/Associate,

Desktop Engineers) on AV/Multimedia requirements and support

required by staff and students

Maintenance and Management of AV/Multimedia Equipment and

Inventory

Perform servicing and repair for AV/Multimedia equipment

Maintain usage and service records of AV/Multimedia equipment,

and replacement of AV/Multimedia equipment in rooms and

venues (e.g. agape concert hall, media studion, assembly and

meeting areas)

Manage loans of AV/Multimedia equipment via school

standardised loan procedures

Perform asset checks of AV/Multimedia equipment

Work closely with HOD ICT and ICT Manager/Associate in

sourcing for procurements, monitoring expenses and budget for

costs incurred as part of maintenance and/or replacements

Other Duties

Project management of commissioned school works on

AV/Multimedia facilities, including planning, liaising and

coordination between various stakeholders (e.g. vendors, school

users etc.)

Other duties pertaining to the area of AV/Multimedia (e.g. troubleshooting of PA system and Media Studio) when assigned by

School Leaders, HOD/ICT, ICT Manager/Associate and Infocomm
