LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Manager/Deputy/Assistant Manager, Deployment Ops to steer the Centre for Autonomous Mobility’s AV deployment programmes from planning to operating service. You will own the programme schedule, coordinate operators, developers and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure deployments run on schedule.

You will identify risks, drive continuous improvement, align deployment plans with national AV strategies and report progress to senior management, while

Competenze

• Knowledge preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on programme management and project planning.
• Experience in operations management, contracts or vendor management.
• Strong programme or project management track record.
• At least 2 years planning and delivering medium-to-large-scale projects or programmes.
• Organised and meticulous with detailed plans, tracking progress against baseline.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to elevate decisions when needed.

• Plan and manage each AV deployment programme.
• Drive delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Build, own, and track the programme plan, milestones and status.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans.
• Align deployment plans with longer-term AV strategy.
• Run deployments end to end from planning to service launch.
• Coordinate with operators, developers and government agencies.
• Develop SOPs for operational readiness and ensure performance.
