Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Fleet Deployment and Readiness to own fleet health from end to end. You will connect diagnostic teams, product engineers, ride-hail operations, and vendor partners to drive performance and continuous improvement, maximizing vehicles in service with high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or related technical field.
• Leadership experience in developing technicians in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of execution.
• Experience triaging work orders and managing vehicle flow among partners.
• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with GM to enhance fleet health aligned with goals and tech advances.
• Ensure deployment readiness through assessments, evaluations, and best-practice implementation.
• Lead diagnostic initiatives to maintain fleet health, enable predictive maintenance, and ensure safety standards.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular stakeholder reports.
• Work with product teams and Ride Hail ops managers to streamline processes and improve fleet performance.
• Lead and coach the FD&R team to ensure staffing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to meet performance standards.
