Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an AV & Multimedia Specialist to provide technical support and setup for AV facilities used in lessons, CCAs, exams and events. You will manage live streams, videography, and post-production while assisting ICT-enabled lessons.

You will train staff on AV tools, oversee equipment maintenance, and collaborate with the ICT team on procurement and budgeting. The role is based at Toa Payoh with a fixed 18-month contract from Jan 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing AV systems and producing multimedia content for events.
• Experience in asset management including maintenance and replacement of AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and setup for AV and multimedia facilities in lessons, CCAs, exams, meetings and events.
• Manage live streaming, video conferencing, and multimedia production; photography and videography with DSLR cameras.
• Offer in-class ICT support and assist with multimedia content creation including video editing.
