Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an AV Support Officer to manage and operate the school’s AV facilities, support staff and students in ICT and multimedia training, production, and post-production.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as AV Support Officer or equivalent.
• Experience in live events, asset management and training considered an advantage.
• IT-savvy with ability to integrate AV usage with school needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in school-wide operation of AV facilities and provide technical support for lessons, events and meetings.
• Set up AV/Multimedia facilities in rooms and venues for lectures and events.
• Perform live streaming and video conferencing support for school events.
• Maintain usage and service records and manage loans/asset checks of AV equipment.
• Coordinate with ICT team on AV/Multimedia requirements and training.
