Job summary

Moove AV in Singapore seeks an AV Safety Driver Instructor to train and certify Safety Operators before they drive on public roads. You will guide instructors as cohorts scale, ensuring consistency in training delivery and performance assessment.

Qualifications

Experience as driving instructor or coach with formal assessment responsibilities.
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
Must be a Singaporean citizen, PR, or hold a valid work pass.
Able and eligible to travel internationally for up to 8 weeks for training.
Must pass a background check and Moove's driving assessment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate driving practices to the highest standard as the training benchmark.
Deliver structured behind-the-wheel instruction with trainee-to-instructor ratios.
Assess trainee readiness, apply remediation, and recommend progression or removal.
Provide constructive feedback while maintaining safety standards.
Support and mentor drivers-instructors during large classes, ensuring consistency.
