Job summary

Moove AV in Singapore seeks a Validation Safety Manager to own safety and compliance for the AV validation program. You will set standards for pre- and post-shift protocols, monitor live operations, manage fatigue and incident response, and ensure all operators meet those standards as the team grows.

You will align Singapore practices with global standards, partner with Global Safety, Training, and technology teams, and represent local safety in regulator discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a safety management role in regulated transport or mobility environments
• Hands-on experience building or running fatigue risk programs
• End-to-end incident and near-miss investigation experience
• Familiarity with depot/hub operations and on-road safety
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH framework and LTA requirements
• Clear communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders
• Willingness to work multi-shift and outside normal hours
• Authorized to work in country without sponsorship and valid Singapore Driver's license
• Fluent in English and able to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident and near-miss process with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Manage fatigue risk program, deliver training, monitor indicators across shifts
• Track safety performance data and surface trends with recommendations
• Set safety standards for fitness-to-operate and on-road conduct across shifts
• Oversee driver compliance and license monitoring; ensure records are audit-ready
• Collaborate with Training to maintain SOPs and run weekly Safety Stand-Downs
• Represent Moove AV as safety contact with partners and regulators
