Job summary

Moove AV in Singapore seeks a Validation Safety Manager to own safety and compliance for the AV validation program. You will set pre- and post-shift protocols, monitor live operations, and drive corrective actions as headcount scales.

Your role ensures Singapore operations stay safe and compliant, reviewing investigations for root cause, and aligning local practices with global standards in partnership with Safety, Training, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a safety management role with NEBOSH, WSHO, or equivalent.
• Hands-on fatigue risk program experience with training and monitoring.
• End-to-end incident and near-miss protocols management.
• Familiarity with depot/hub and on-road safety environments.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore's WSH framework and LTA requirements.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Willing to work multi-shift hours and travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship; valid Singapore driver’s license.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end incident and near-miss process with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reporting.
• Lead fatigue risk program, training, and cross-shift monitoring.
• Track safety performance and surface trends with actionable recommendations.
• Set and enforce safety standards across all shifts and operations.
• Oversee driver compliance and regulatory record-keeping.
• Collaborate with Training and global safety teams to align standards.
• Represent Moove safety in reviews with AV technology partners and regulators.
