Job summary

COMFORTDELGRO BUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operator to oversee onboard AV operations, monitor systems, and coordinate fleet activities.

You will handle incidents, ensure passenger safety and comply with SOPs across multiple sites. Structured CCP training and career conversion support are provided. Role requires a Class 4 driving licence, BDVL and readiness for shift-based work including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related certification in engineering, transportation, or logistics.
• CCP eligibility and Singapore residency requirements.
• Prior safety or operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remain ready to take manual control or perform approved interventions when required.
• Monitor vehicle behaviour, autonomous system status, road conditions and passenger safety.
• Carry out pre-trip, in-service and post-trip checks and report anomalies.
• Operate within SOPs, routes and regulatory requirements.
• Support safe docking, boarding and accessibility arrangements.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as needed, documenting actions.
• Coordinate deployment, charging, cleaning, inspections and maintenance across sites.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports and aid continuous improvement.
