Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years in transport operations or fleet supervision.
• Experience leading frontline teams in shift-based settings.
• Strong situational awareness with safety focus.
• Excellent spoken and written English under pressure.
• Willing to work fixed shift patterns in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver deployment and attendance per shift.
