Job summary

The Centre for Autonomous Mobility (CAM) in Singapore seeks a Manager/ Deputy/ Assistant Manager for Deployment Operations to lead AV deployment projects from plan to operating service. You will own the programme schedule, drive multiple workstreams, and manage operators, developers and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.

Ideal candidates have a background in engineering or related fields and a proven track record in programme management, with strong planning, coordination

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering medium-to-large-scale projects or programmes.
• Ability to coordinate across operators, developers and government partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and briefings.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage each deployment programme, building the plan, schedule and milestones.
• Drive end-to-end deployment operations from planning to service launch.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across industry, government agencies and CAM teams.
• Communicate deployment progress to leadership with clear recommendations.
