Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a Manager/ Deputy/ Assistant Manager, Deployment Operations to drive AV deployment from planning to live service. You will own the programme schedule, coordinate operators, developers and infrastructure partners, and ensure deployments meet milestones on tight timelines.

You will lead end-to-end deployments, manage risks, align with AV deployment strategy, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong programme or project management track record.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Clear written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage each deployment programme end-to-end.
• Collaborate with operators and developers to refine service routes.
• Build and own the programme plan, milestones and progress reporting.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans.
• Align deployment plans with AV strategy and transport plans.
• Run deployments from planning to launch with multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with industry partners to resolve issues and schedule testing.
• Oversee readiness, develop SOPs, monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and secure alignment for deployment milestones.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management with clear recommendations.
