Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations, including tools, equipment, and ISO audit preparation. The role is based at Ubi, Singapore, with standard hours Mon–Fri and some Saturday mornings.

You will coordinate technician training, monitor performance, and support improvement projects. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Automotive Technology and has 3+ years in workshop operations or the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in workshop operations or the automotive industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage workshop tools, equipment, and facilities, including maintenance, calibrations, procurement, and ISO audit preparation.
• Oversee workshop diagnostic systems, service equipment, and technical platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate technician training, monitor workshop performance, conduct quality checks, and support improvement projects.
