Job summary

Ping Siong International Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible and well‑organised Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team. The successful candidate will coordinate the sales administration process from customer enquiry and quotation through order processing, vehicle registration and final delivery.

This position works closely with our Sales Executives, customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure every vehicle order is properly documented, followed up and delivered smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level / N-Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales coordination, sales administration, automotive, commercial vehicles or related industries will be an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with good organisational and administrative skills may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and related sales documents accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on confirmed sales orders and ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments for new vehicle registration and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain records of vehicle stock, orders and delivery status.
