Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in financing, credit and loan administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit checks and screening for new customers.
• Submit vehicle financing applications and follow up with banks and financial institutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, credit status, financing arrangements and transactions.
• Process loan redemption applications for sold vehicles.
• Monitor outstanding and overdue accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Follow up on pending documents, approvals and customer submissions.
• Coordinate insurance cancellations for vehicles that have been sold or disposed of.
• Highlight overdue accounts or irregularities to the relevant personnel promptly.
• Support LTA applications for vehicle registration, ownership transfer and related matters.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, credit/collection reports and other operational documents.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide administrative support to the relevant departments.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
