Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based digital payment solutions provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Admin to support credit and operations teams with documentation, records and processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with interest in credit, financial operations or risk management.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure credit procedures are accurate and compliant, maintain credit files, and assist in monitoring credit conditions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Banking, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data and documentation.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Internship experience in banking, financial services, credit, risk, operations or compliance will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, checking and maintenance of credit-related documentation, records and reports.
• Assist with collection and verification of customer or counterparty information for credit assessment and account management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files, databases and documentation.
• Assist in tracking credit applications, approvals, conditions, limits and other credit information.
• Perform administrative checks to ensure required documents are complete and properly recorded.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and other internal teams on credit-related matters.
• Support preparation of regular credit monitoring reports, dashboards and management information.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding documentation, credit conditions, expiry dates and follow-up actions.
• Handle data entry and reconciliation of credit-related information across internal systems.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by retrieving relevant documentation and records.
• Follow established policies, procedures and internal controls for credit-related activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of credit administration.
• Perform other credit and operations-related duties as assigned.
