Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore seeks an Automation Test Engineer to perform manual and automation testing for mobile and web applications. You will work within a BDD framework, creating and automating JBehave scenarios, and building test data while managing defects in tracking tools.

You will collaborate with the Product Owner, developers, and fellow testers in an Agile environment. The role requires hands-on automation experience with Cucumber/JBehave/Selenium or Appium, plus QA processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Mobile and web testing.
• Hands on experience in Agile projects.
• Experience in BDD framework and understands the component of the framework.
• Experience with automation tools like Cucumber, JBehave, Selenium or Appium and SOAP UI.
• Must be able to create automations from the JBehave scenarios.
• Should be able to execute tests manually and via automation.
• Experience in Web services testing.
• Experience with QA processes and tools including HP ALM, JIRA.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Banking domain.

Job description

• Role Title: Automation Test Engineer
• Location: Singapore
• Contract Duration: 12 months & extendable (Extension is subject to project requirements.)
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

5. Execute test cases and automation s and Create/manage Defects in defect tracking tools.
6. Work as a team with Product Owner, Developers, and other test engineers.

Required Experience

• 3+ years experience in Mobile and web testing.
• Strong analytic skills to process complex requirement to come up with end to end scenarios and test cases
• Hands on experience in Agile projects
• Experience in BDD framework and understands the component of the framework
• Experience with Automation tool like Cucumber, Jbehave, Selenium or Appium and SOAP UI
• Must be able to create automation s from the jbehave s
• Should be able to execute tests both Manually and through Automation
• Experience in Web services testing
• Experience with Quality assurance processes and tools including HP ALM, JIRA is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication to be able to interact with multiple teams on daily basis
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are critical
• Experience in Banking domain
• Good team player

Tech Skill Sets

1. At least 3 years of working experience(s) preferably Mobile and Web Banking solutions
2. Strong knowledge in Automation testing and Testing Life Cycle and Testing methodologies.
3. Knowledge of BDD framework and developing s using Jbehave
4. Experience with Quality assurance processes and tools including HP ALM.
