WUXI XDC Singapore Private Limited seeks an AIS Senior Manager to lead Automation Integration Services for DS and DP manufacturing, ensuring reliable, compliant operations and driving digitalization initiatives.

You will develop a high-performing automation team, oversee DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, manage changes and validations, and coordinate with QA, IT, and manufacturing to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation/Electrical/Instrumentation or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in automation/controls/engineering in GMP manufacturing.
• 3–5 years leadership of automation/engineering teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for AIS, building a high-performing automation team.
• Oversee operation, monitoring, and lifecycle management of process automation systems.
• Ensure SOPs, GMP, Data Integrity, and site quality compliance in all activities.
• Establish automation standards, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Lead investigations and CAPAs related to automation issues.
