AstraZeneca GmbH Singapore ADC Site seeks an Associate Director of Automation to translate digital ambition into autonomous manufacturing across a multi-unit campus.

Leading OT strategy, governance, and project delivery, you will mentor engineers, drive safety/compliance, and partner with IT and global engineering to realize a smart factory vision.

This role demands strategic leadership, deep technical know-how in SCADA/DCS, and a passion for high-impact site projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering and project management
• Capability in developing and implementing business strategy

Responsibilities

• Provide OT strategy and architecture guidance aligned with AstraZeneca’s automation framework.
• Lead program delivery: planning, budgeting, solution development and contract management.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering and Site teams to ensure readiness and performance.
• Act as technical advisor to senior management and resolve complex issues.
• Manage cost, capacity planning and performance metrics across the site.
