Job summary

The AIS Senior Manager will lead the Automation Integration Services function to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient automation for Drug Substance and Drug Product manufacturing in Singapore. You will drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and regulatory compliance, while building a high-performing automation team to support manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in automation engineering or a related discipline.
8–10 years of automation/engineering experience in GMP-regulated environments.
3–5 years of leadership experience managing automation/controls/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for the AIS organization and develop a high-performing automation team.
Lead daily operation, monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management of process automation systems for DS/DP manufacturing.
Ensure activities comply with SOPs, GMP, Data Integrity, and site quality systems.
Establish automation standards and performance metrics to improve reliability and efficiency.
Lead investigations and CAPA/change control processes for automation issues.
