Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead full machine design for automation systems and robotics. You will design systems and fixtures using CAD tools, prepare proposals, and manage documentation from drawings to service records.

Qualifications

Full machine design experience for automation equipment and robotics.
Proficient CAD design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Hands-on automation exposure with motors, motion control, robotics, and production lines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical expert for automation solutions and winning sales proposals.
Own end-to-end technical process from concept to commissioning and post-sales support.
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals with system layouts and cost estimates.
Design automated systems and fixtures using CAD software.
Create and maintain all project documentation including drawings, manuals, BOMs and service records.
Perform hands-on integration including electrical wiring, control panel checks and robot programming.
Conduct system testing, validation and troubleshooting to meet specifications.
Provide on-site technical support during commissioning and post-deployment, including training.
