Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. client is seeking a Software QA Engineer (Automation) to join their IT team in Singapore.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining automated test suites for web, API, and mobile platforms, with strong emphasis on Robot Framework and CI/CD integration. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of software QA or automation experience.
Hands-on Robot Framework with browser/HTTP drivers and libraries.
Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and testing tools.
API testing proficiency with Postman, Newman or REST Assured.
Familiarity with CI/CD and version control (Git) and issue trackers.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain test plans, manual and automated test cases.
Architect and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and mobile platforms, integrated into CI/CD.
Collaborate with product, dev, and design to define acceptance criteria.
Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and regulatory standards are met.
Log bugs clearly, provide actionable feedback, and participate in code reviews.
Help define and refine QA methodologies and best practices.
