Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of software testing experience with strong functional and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, system, and regression test cases based on requirements.
• Review requirements and specs to produce comprehensive, traceable test scenarios and cases.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and manage test data and environments under constraints.
• Capture test evidence and documentation for governance, audit, and compliance.
• Log, prioritize, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Analyze results, identify root causes, and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare execution reports, quality metrics, and test summaries for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reusable regression suites to support automation initiatives.
• Support automation initiatives and maintain automation frameworks.
